Locates a single CHC internal ID for a payer by a customer-specific alias. If no matching record is found, an HTTP 404 is returned. If you expect a match but received a 404, it is possible the associated record's date range has been exceeded. Each record is associated with an effective and termination date to ensure conflicting aliases cannot be created!
