Returns all matching NPI mappings based on the provided query parameters.
When structured is set to true, this endpoint will return only the active records with respect to the hierarchy described above. The response will be a sorted array with the hierarchy level from bottom-up.
If you expect a match but received an empty response, it is possible the associated record's date range has been exceeded. Each record is associated with an effective and termination date to ensure conflicting NPIs cannot be created!
