Find all discovery tasks and only return HTTP headers

Returns only the HTTP headers that would be returned if the request was instead invoked as a GET operation. It operates the same way as the GET /coverage-discovery endpoint above, however, this endpoint does not return any data! For example, you can use this endpoint to avoid retrieving unnecessary data if you only want to know the total number of discovery tasks associated with your query but did not care about the records themselves.
