What is the endpoint of API for eDocument APIs?

There are two endpoints for the edocuments:

1. https://apis.changehealthcare.com/extPublish/payments/statements/v1/QueryStatements
2. https://apis.changehealthcare.com/extPublish/payments/statements/v1/RetrieveStatement
