Diagnostic Report for Notes Exchange
The DiagnosticReport resource typically provides a textual set of information and interpretation after performing a diagnostic service or procedure such as a Radiology or Pathology report.
Diagnostic Report API returns description, code, effective date and time, performer (Responsible Diagnostic Service) and presentedForm (Brief text provided by diagnostic service of the entire result).
