eDocument Retrieval API can take burden of statement storage and retrieval from a payer or provider

Product Description

Payer and Providers often need to make statements available to patients either on patient portals or electronically deliver or through mail. This API can retrieve the statement in Base64 PDF format to be used for presentment to patients in patient portals. Note that it is encoded PDF not final output. Clients still need to decode the Base64 to actual PDF.

This REST API can be used by technology partners and developers to add patient statement capabilities to new and existing patient facing solutions. The client can retrieve a statement using a POST API call and the API returns statement PDF in Base64 format as a stream that can be used by clients.
