Who are the target customers for the File and Document Tracking API?
Any customers or prospects with the following criteria are our targeted customers:
- Any payer customers who want to integrate end to end tracking and reconciliations data in real time from CHC CAS back into their in-house-built administrative web portal or other applications.
- Any existing MCDS payer customers using 028 layout
- Any new payer customers who will be using standard CHC 028 layout
