There are two endpoints for the Care Cost Estimator:

1. https://apigw.changehealthcare.com/dxp/outofpocketestimate/v1
2. https://apigw.changehealthcare.com/dxp/outofpocketestimate/v1/{id} (this is to run an estimate on a previously performed eligibility)
