Overview

In FHIR STU3 standard, Observation resource is designed as a type of event resource describing, measurements and simple assertions made about a patient, device or other subject. For Pediatric Head Occipital-frontal Circumference Percentile, we are using this resource.

Pediatric Head Occipital-frontal Circumference Percentile returns fields including code, Subject(patient), Value, Encounter and effective (date and time for vital sign).
